When will my order arrive?

Our delivery window is divided into two steps. Please keep these timelines in mind when planning your purchase:

1. Processing (1–3 Business Days) Every order is verified and packed with care. Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.

2. Transit (6 – 10 Business Days) This is the journey from our door to yours. While we aim for speed, international customs or local courier delays can occasionally affect this timeline.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey via our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Can I change my address or cancel?

We move fast to ensure your items arrive on time. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase.

  • Note: Once an order has moved to the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make any modifications.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please notify our support team within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
